1. A clear vision of your Goals

Hard work is not that much important in life but doing hard work in the right direction is. You don't move in the right direction until you don't set a goal.
The first step of attaining goals is to Ask yourself a question what you need in life?. Your that 'need' helps you to set goals. 
Imagine your goals either it is to wake up early, cracking an exam, winning a match, became a good father, buying a dream car, a well-earned blogger/YouTuber, live a luxurious life, became an entrepreneur whatever it is.The moment you know your hard work became Smart work. And don't get distracted you have to set both eyes on goals throughout your journey till you achieve it. 

2. Set a Deadline

What is the difference between a successful and unsuccessful people ?.
Succesful peoples are not procrastinators. They Don't delay their work for tomorrows. Work is to be done on time is their top priorities. If you didn't set the deadline for work in order to achieve your goal, if you take one week for a one day work then you are not working on your goals you are working on others. Never set a goal without attaching it to timeline because deadlines create pressure on you that is next step.

3. Positive Pressure

Pressure before the exam day makes you study most. What if this pressure Exists all the time?. what if your productivity level always at peak towards your Goal?.
People didn't follow their new year resolutions because they don't put pressure to make things happen they easily fall back into their daily life schedules. The question is how to create positive pressure?
Tell Everyone about your End goals this generates pressure on you.Tell everyone that you are gonna top in next exams, about gaining weight or build up muscles because no one seems to feel like a Failure.
Deadlines also generate pressure in you. You act like a compressed spring in pressure when pressure release you find yourself at the top.

4. 21 days Rule.

Your habits play an important role in goal fulfillment. It's very simple to get rid of bad habits by making new ones like if you have a bad habit of waking up late then make a good habit of early to bed this automatically deletes bad habit.But

Once you became the master of developing good habits no one resists you to achieve your goals.

5. Enjoy the Journey.

This step is the very most important step for goal fulfillment. In whatever field you are, whatever you do in your life if you don't enjoy the process you wasted that moment. In our society we don't do the things because we love them we do things because we feel we have to them.This is the formula of misery.
Don't carry the burden of mistakes of your past, don't brooding over future just keep in present and enjoy what you have, what you do.This is the formula for Success. Focus on present don't get in fear of trying new things and making mistakes but also don't forget to absorb experience from them.
